Our journey started with using cement based products, however, these were difficult to color and to mold into complex textures. We have spent more than two years developing our own mineral based formula that is firstly environmental friendly and secondly, easy to color using natural pigments and that molds into custom textures. 

All our products are packaged using 100% recycled card board material

Our main workshop is located in the town of Byblos on the Mediterranean Coats of Lebanon. Our products already made their way to more than 38 countries!

Espatio is not a dropshipping store. We design and manufacture our own products, and our work is copyright protected. We complement our offering by carefully selected handmade products from around the World.

Our website shipping algorithm is designed to provide the best logistical arrangement for each order, depending on your delivery address and the physical availability of the ordered products. 

We have elected to process your payments through Stripe which was audited by PCI-certified auditors to Level 1, and this is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry worldwide.

Upon receipt and processing of your order, you we will continuously receive updates on your order and a tracking number will also be provided. We have a partnership with DHL for all international shipments.

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, simply reply to your order confirmation email and specify which product(s) you would like to return.

Kindly note that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be returned in its original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
